We supply to high demand customers all over the world. We provide consulting, development, training, support and other services all around the product. Technology gives us many opportunities to connect on an objective basis, but connecting also emotionally is highly important for our success and a welcome companion on our mission. We are all 100% remote workers and know about the pros and cons of that. For this reason we have a high focus on the people who work for us and who we work for. Not only do we as a team mostly meet remotely but also working with our customers happens remotely. We are a bunch of passionate people from all sorts of different backgrounds. We work all over the world and around the clock. This can be complex at times but is overall very rewarding as we learn from one another and relay on one another. We live a "one Love" attitude!
Customer Projects
We deliver to customers from all sorts of industries and all over the world. We do not focus or limit ourselves. The projects we work on with our customers are a crucial part of their business. As we work at the heart of the customer's operations the projects require careful attention to every detail and a highest level of integrity. ERPNext has close to no limits of what can be done. This we communicate with our customers and guide them on using the product to enhance there everyday operations step by step. We work fast and thorough to reach common set milestones. We show our skills and share our knowledge to ensure that creativity and positive problem solving is applied everywhere possible. Project stakeholders needs to have an overview on what we are working on and is informed about time spent on task. We keep track of our time sheets in high detail and share these with the customer right away. At phamos we work highly customer focused and see ourselves as part of their team as we can add to their success!
Project managers
Project managers have weekly appointments with the customer's project manager. These meetings are set to gather requirements, discuss timelines and align priorities for tasks do be worked on. Beyond that the project managers keep in close contact by phone, mail or other media if necessary daily to make sure, that things stay on track. As most of our customers are German speaking we are mainly looking for German speaking candidates, though exceptions might be made. Project managers have excellent time management for themselves and are in constant communication and transparent to all stakeholders in the project. After project managers have collected all the information they need from customers they translate the requirement into tasks that are worked on by developers in the team. We work on tasks on kanban boards following Agile Methodology. Good quality user documentation and user training add the last touches to your work!
Software developers
Project managers can be considered the service personnel in our operation when thinking of a restaurant setting taking orders from our valued customers. As a software developer you will be taking on the orders sent to your kitchen. Your goal is to prepare the best food that you and your kitchen can supply. This starts with having a tidy work bench and good handles resulting in speedy delivery. You prepare everything for your project manager that all they need to do is to add that last sprinkle of a parsley to your work and deliver it to the customer with a smile. When not working busy with direct customer tasks you communicate with your team to help out on the challenges they might be facing and share your knowledge and skills within the team. You also are a good communicator to your project manager and other developers in the team. You take pride in your work and like working on the tricky stuff always eager to learn and to further hone your skills to take on the next challenge ahead.

Trust and reliability are the foundation of our working relationship. At phamos we have high expectations towards the quality of our work and our ability to handle difficult situations with ease. Both if done correctly is very rewarding. We all take high accountability in our work and are able to speak up for ourselves if needed. We highly respect all criticism that is productive and is applied for the sake of reaching the best solutions for everyone. We are free in when we work and where we work. Important only is that communication, information and delivery flow is not hindered. Salaries are payed monthly and can rise quickly once the performance of delivery shows accordingly. Salary terms are flexible depending on the location where you chose to live and a model that suits both parties will be found.

You have a track record in the field of business, software development, project management or similar. You like to work hard and show and share the results that you output. You know about the overall requirements for quality in delivery.
Part of your history is a track record of work that you have to look back onto. You already know what it is like to work in or for an organization and have some knowlege and some respect towards work ethics, hirarchies, processes and other insights.
Fluently speaking and writing English is mandatory. For a project manager career path you will want to speak German also. For software developers python, JS, REST API, HTML and CSS are mandatory.
Using a computer, phone, tablet or any other technical device comes easy to you and you are the kind of person who uses key-board shortcuts, is interested in new technologies and finds the idea of a highly connected world more exiting than scary.
Customer requirements can be abstract and very often far away from our day-to-day. You are open to learn new things every day and don't mind jumping from one field to another like e.g. the processes of a manufacturing company, to a school and then to a sports club. You are aware that all process is logic and objective.
Shifting from one task to another is no challenge to you. You can jump between subjects at ease and ask the questions you need answered to quickly be able to take on tasks that you have not been involved in so far.
You don't need fixed working hours or tight guidelines to do you work. If a customer cancels an appointment you will just reschedule and shift to another task and see to make things work in the customer's interest. Jumping from one project to another is not a challenge for you.
