Implementation Journey
Implementing ERPNext is easy. Just as easy as building a business. In 2017 we have first touched ERPNext and have been learning ever since. We came to understand it is like a professional sport. Although very repetitive we gain more and more experience with every iteration. Knowing this we are building our company on exactly this. We follow routines that will gradually lead us to success. This is measured every day by customer feedback and analyzed on the data that we generate through out the process.
The first Steps
The following steps show our preparation process
If you are new to ERPNext or already familiar with the software we offer a demo free of charge to any business interested in implementing ERPNext with us. In this demo we will want to learn about your company and the top level requirement at hand. We will give an introduction to phamos and hold a live demo of a preconfigured ERPNext system where customizations and automations are already in place. Towards the end we will further discuss your specific needs and talk about possible budgets, timelines and expectations. The next Steps are discussed.
Once the demo has been conducted we offer an on-site workshop for one or more days to better understand the overall requirement and the long term mission on customer side. The result of this workshop will be a blueprint to the implementation and give us a better idea of the overall scope. This Workshop is highly recommended but optional at this stage.
We also see it our responsibility to minimize the risk towards a possible implementation. Implementing ERPNext is a challange for us as people, not a technical challange. For this reason we have designed this phase to work with the customer no strings attached. We will want to learn if we match well. Within 30 days we will want to work towards a common milestone to show that ERPNext is the right product and phamos is the right supplier. And if you are the right customer for us.
Once we have gone through the steps before we are ready to take on higher risks and go into the actual ERPNext implementation. This is the start of a long term relationship. A designated team will support you with consulting on your processes, defining milestones in project management and work on tasks with the support of our software developers guiding you to the tailer maid system that your business requires. A weekly meeting will keep everyone aligned on upcoming tasks and align on priorities. Documentation and support is constantly supplied. You will have a direct line to your project manager and full transparency to all work that is done in form of task overview, daily timesheet reporting, full access to documentation and ownership of code from the first day onwards.
