The Role

1. Key Job Responsibilities
2. Lead the implementation process of ERPNext on behalf of our customers
3. Earn trust from the customer, the development team and leadership
4. Understand and balance stakeholder requirements such as those of your customer, Phamos, super users and developers
5. Work with a team of developers (ERPNext/ Python Developers) to understand the effort needed to implement requirements
6. Manage deployments across Staging and production environments including having full responsibility for testing prior to deployment
7. Project planning, taking multiple, parallel customer projects and developer team bandwidth into account
8. Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates
9. Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution
10. Work within and improve project management best practices , setup right processes, align with existing processes to deliver results
11. Monitor time sheets and Team effectiveness
12. Manage project financials
13. Use Kanban and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence
14. A day in the life of a project manager at Phamos
15. You will be working from home or a location of your choosing.
16. Your workday will revolve around central European time zone
17. You will be in constant contact with your developer team discussing requirements and implementation strategies via video calls and chats
18. You will be working with up to five different customers implementing ERPNext at various stages of the implementation process
19. At a minimum you will have a weekly call with each of your customers to gather requirements and present solutions
20. You will be in regular contact to your customers outside of your weekly calls via phone or our Kanban tasks management system
21. You will face constant change of requirements, tackle challenging and novel situations every day. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and relish the idea of solving problems working towards a solutions that both solve the customers requirements and also follow technical best practice in order to avoid future, as yet unknown issues.

24. At Phamos we are a team of individuals sread all over the globe. You will have colleagues in Germany (where the majority of our customers are located) but also be working with developers in Asia, Africa and South America
25. At Phamos, our aim is to put our experience of working with ERPNext to use and provide maximum customer value. We work with the customer to determine the best solution for their problem (which may not always align with their initial request)

45. Fluent in both German and English written and verbal communication skills in both languages. 
46. Experience in working as a project manager in customer facing capacity

48. Good IT setup for video calls with multiple screens and fast broadband connection
49. Readiness for occasional travel to see customers on-site
